The iMac was delivered on time and in good condition.

  They told me they don't accept student discounts

I asked MacMall if I would qualify for a student discount, and the first thing the representative asked me was "What do you want to buy?" When I answered with "An iMac and some design software." (I'm in the process of getting an Interior Design degree AND setting up a home-based business at the same time.) Then the representative said, I'd have to ask Apple about the discounts because "We don't provide student discounts." So I'm confused....
