  Customer Service? What Customer Service?

If you're the type of person who likes to fix things that are broken, then by all means shop with Sony. But if you are the type of person who prefers that things work the first time, and when they don't someone at the company is actually helpful on the other end of the telephone, then do yourself a favor and run, run, run far away from Sony. The only reason I didn't give them one stare is because I actually love my computer. It's the humans at this company that need work.
